Tempo does not include advertising or user-tracking functionality.

• Recently used tempos
• Audio preferences and selected sound style
• Appearance settings

It is not intentionally transmitted to Upturned Digit or stored in an Upturned Digit cloud database.

4. Internet Connectivity

Tempo is designed to function without an internet connection.

Its core timer functionality, audio cues, and locally saved preferences do not require an internet connection.

The App does not require an account, online authentication, or cloud synchronization.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Tempo does not display advertisements.

We do not use advertising networks to track your activity.

Tempo is not designed to use third-party analytics services to monitor your behaviour.

6. Purchases and Payment Information

Tempo is offered as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payments are processed by the applicable app store.

Upturned Digit does not receive or store your credit card or other payment card details through Tempo.

Apple and Google may process information associated with your purchase according to their respective privacy policies.

7. Sharing of Information

Upturned Digit does not sell or rent personal information collected through Tempo.

We do not intentionally transmit your locally saved tempo settings or preferences to third parties.

Information processed independently by Apple or Google in connection with app purchases, downloads, or platform services is governed by their respective policies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Tempo stores application preferences locally on your device.

You can remove locally stored application data using the data-management options provided by your device’s operating system.

Uninstalling the App generally removes its locally stored application data, although some information may remain in device backups or platform-managed storage.

Because Tempo does not provide user accounts or maintain a cloud database of your settings, there is no Upturned Digit account to delete.

9. Children’s Privacy

Tempo is intended as a general-purpose strength-training utility.

The App is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

We aim to minimize privacy and security risks by keeping Tempo’s functionality and preferences local to your device.

The security of locally stored information also depends on your device’s operating system and security settings.

No software system can guarantee absolute security.
